Feasibility Studies
Wet Land performs feasibility studies as a regular part of our design and construction process. Generally, the feasibility studies precede the actual development and design of a project. They serve as excellent evaluation tools for the potential impact of a project and provide financial indicators for return on investment. The results of our feasibility studies help to predict potential problems in a project and if those problems can be solved efficiently and effectively. It is good practice to conduct a feasibility study before a project is actually initiated especially with the unknowns generally surrounding water related projects.
Feasibility studies help to:
- Determine a project's viability
- Analyze existing conditions for potential upgrades
- Determine if there is sufficient time alloted for the project
- Establish the cost-effectiveness of the project
- Ascertain permitting and legal requirements for the project
